Information we collect
When you apply for a wholesale account, we may collect business and contact information such as your company name, contact name, business email, phone number, website, location, business type, sales channels, expected purchasing range, product interests, and any additional information you submit.
How we use information
We use application information to evaluate wholesale account requests, verify business information, respond to applicants, request supporting documentation when needed, provide wholesale pricing or ordering information to approved buyers, prevent abuse, and operate our business relationship with you.
Service providers
We may use service providers to host the website, store application records, send business communications, and support website operations. These providers process information on our behalf for those purposes.
Retention
We retain application and business communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to review applications, maintain business records, support an ongoing wholesale relationship, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a wholesale application. If you have already applied and want to update information you provided, reply to the business communication you receive from ClearBrand Distribution.
Website data
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and device data to deliver and protect the website.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our website or business processes change. The date above shows the latest revision.
