Confirm exact products, quantities, expiration or condition requirements, case configuration, and whether the items are eligible in the seller’s account.
Shipment plan
The seller normally creates or controls the inbound shipment in Seller Central. Destination assignments, box information, labels, and routing requirements can change.
Prep and labels
Agree who applies unit labels, suffocation warnings, poly bags, bubble wrap, bundling, carton labels, and pallet labels. Confirm costs and rejected-unit handling.
Freight and receiving
Specify who books freight, pays charges, provides dimensions and weights, manages delivery appointments, and handles shortages, damage, delays, or Amazon receiving discrepancies. Keep shipment records.

Can the supplier create my FBA shipment?
Only if that service is agreed and the necessary access and responsibilities are handled securely.
Who is responsible for Amazon compliance?
The seller remains responsible to Amazon, even when third parties perform prep or shipping tasks.
